By accessing and using Hill, Robin Aaron Custom Auto Painting ("we", "us", or "our") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

Services Description

We provide professional custom auto painting services including but not limited to:

• Custom paint jobs and color matching
• Vehicle wrap installation and removal
• Dent repair and paint correction
• Complete vehicle detailing and paint protection
• Color consultation and design services

All services are provided as described on our website and in our service agreements.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and requirements
• Ensure your vehicle is clean and ready for service
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle
• Provide proper documentation for vehicle ownership
• Follow all instructions provided by our technicians
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage for your vehicle

Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required to schedule most services
• Full payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Prices are estimates and final costs may vary based on actual work performed
• Rush orders may incur additional fees

Service Scheduling

Service scheduling is subject to availability and is confirmed upon receipt of deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated timeframe, but specific completion dates cannot be ensured due to factors beyond our control including:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Additional damage discovered during service
• Custom color matching requirements
• Shop capacity and scheduling conflicts

Vehicle Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

• Thoroughly cleaning the vehicle interior and exterior
• Removing all personal items from the vehicle
• Providing clear access to all areas to be serviced
• Ensuring the vehicle has sufficient fuel for positioning
• Providing working keys and remote controls

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not related to our services
• Normal wear and tear or aging of paint and materials
• Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance
• Acts of God or natural disasters
• Vehicle theft or vandalism while in our possession
• Consequential or incidental damages

Service Commitment

We stand behind our workmanship and provide service support for our work. If you believe there is an issue with our work, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of service completion. We will inspect the work and determine if a repair is warranted under our service terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content without our written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If a customer fails to meet their responsibilities or violates these terms, we may terminate the service agreement and require immediate vehicle pickup.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Roosevelt, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Local Laws

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
